I'm reading this book called CloudCry and so far its been about some guy called Verrons who has a disease and is sent to a quarantine planet. He teams up with a few people, one of them including a territorial "bird-man alien". They find these tribal humanoids with interesting flutes. When Verrons steals one of the flutes and uses it, beautiful mesmerizing light comes out. The lights turn out to be possessive spirits of the dead ancient city where the humanoids live. There's another character called Aleida of whom they all meet, who has enormous mental powers. The book describes her as "brown-skinned", I think that's really cool.
I have to keep reading, its very interesting.

I feel I haven't been fashionable enough to make a new post.
But what am I thinking? It's my blog.
Lately my outfits have been nothing but black. Though we have a dress code at school (that I don't follow), I have to dress accordingly. I don't even give an effort to dress extravagantly at school, anymore.
